FLAIM completes ISO certification
FLAIM is proud to announce we have successfully completed accreditation for ISO9001:2015 Quality Management Systems and we are now an ISO-certified company.
Since inception, we have always been focused on customer satisfaction as our number one priority and continual improvement in our business practices, so it made sense that we made a commitment to become ISO certified.
This milestone was made possible thanks to the hard work of our team – especially our Operations Manager, Chek Loong – whose commitment and efforts have made this possible.
What is ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems?
ISO 9001 is recognised as the international standard for a Quality Management System (QMS), based on a number of QMS principles. In order to be certified, an organisation must demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements and to demonstrate continuous improvement. In other words, this means that FLAIM has taken a number of steps to improve and optimise our business practices.
