Our story began with a vision to revolutionise firefighter training, but it quickly evolved into something much larger – a commitment to purposeful training that enhances readiness across diverse industries. Emerging from Intelligent Systems Research and Innovation at Deakin University and leveraging over a decade of PhD expertise in robotics engineering, FLAIM pioneered the world’s first multi-sensory firefighter training solution. Our mission now extends beyond extinguishing flames towards shaping a more prepared workforce and sustainable future. By collaborating with global experts, FLAIM pioneers innovative solutions fuelled by shared knowledge and expertise.
