    • Add an Immersive Learning Scenario to a Course

    Note: You can only edit the course content of courses that have been created by your organisation.  The organisation that created a course is displayed in the “Course author” field that is shown Course Details Page.

    You should not modify course content for courses which have current or previous enrolments.  If you need to modify a course that has active or previous enrolments it is recommended that you duplicate the course and make the changes on the “new” version of the course. 

    1. Login to the FLAIM Capture site.
    2. Click Online Courses within the menu located on the left of the page.
    3. Click the Course Index option displayed within the "Online Courses" sub-menu.
    4.  Click the > displayed at the right of the course
    5. Click on the Course contents tab.
    6. The Course contents page will now be displayed.
    7. You can use the Course Contents page to review the details of the different content components available in the content library. Clicking on the Expand option in the search box will display a number search filters that you can use to filter and limit the search results based on the search criteria you submit. This may assist you in identifying the content you want to review. 
      You can filter so that only certain types of content are displayed, and you can also filter so that only content applicable to a particular FLAIM System device is displayed.
      There are three types of course content:
      1. Quiz
      2. Learning module
      3. Immersive learning scenario
    9. Updating the “Type” filter to Immersive learning scenario will configure the results so that only Immersive learning scenarios will be displayed.
    10. You can also filter the display by using the Device Type filter so that only Immersive Learning Scenarios for a specific device are displayed.
    11. You can review the details of each Immersive Learning Scenario in a preview tile.
    12. Click on the Add to course + button at the bottom left of the preview tile.
    13. The Immersive Learning Scenario will now be displayed in “My content” on the right hand side of the course contents page. 
      A green tick and an “Added” text message will also be displayed on the Immersive learning scenario tile, this indicates that the Immersive learning scenario has been added to the course content.
