Casting Disabled by Organisation
If you are unable to cast due to the feature being "Disabled by your organization", please follow the guide below.
- Verify that you have this issue by confirming the "Disabled by your organization" message.
- 'Exit Kiosk Mode' by holding down the button on the left hand side of the headset until you see a menu appear.
- Select the option to Quit Kiosk Mode. Contact FLAIM Support if you require a passcode.
- Select the Settings icon from the bottom menu panel.
- Select Kiosk mode on the left menu panel.
- With Kiosk Mode selected, scroll down on the right hand side by aiming in the menu, pressing and holding the select button, and moving the cursor up. Scroll until you find the Screen Casting option. Toggle Screen Casting from Off to On.
- Select Enter Kiosk Mode in the bottom right corner. When prompted for a passcode, select Don't Set.
- Once back in the Launcher, select the Cast to External Display option.
- Select your casting receiver from the menu, It should now begin the casting process.
