Product Registration

It is vital that you register your product on the FLAIM website when you receive it. Registering your product activates your product's warranty and grants you access to critical software updates. 

Registering a product is a simple process that takes no more than 2 minutes.

1. Go to this page on the FLAIM website.
2. Complete the form with the best contact details of the owner/user of the product.
   
   

Important: Please use your organisation email.


3. Select the product from the drop down list provided and enter the serial number for the product. Multiple products can be registered at once. The serial number can typically be found on the headset e.g. FLAIM12345.
4. You will be sent an email confirmation within 24 hours.​
