The iPad is showing a blank screen
If there are issues with connectivity, especially between the FTS PC and the iPad, check the iPad Wi-Fi settings.
- Open the Settings app on the iPad Home Page.
- Select Wi-Fi.
- Press the ℹ︎ icon on the right of the selected Wi-Fi network.
- Scroll down and confirm that the following has been set.
- Configure IP: Manual
- IP Address: 192.168.0.26 (or .21 in the T2)
- Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
- Private Wi-Fi: OFF
- Limit IP Tracking: OFF
- Update settings if iPad is displaying different information.
- Once settings are updated and saved, perform a full system reboot.
