The iPad is showing a blank screen


If there are issues with connectivity, especially between the FTS PC and the iPad, check the iPad Wi-Fi settings.

 

  1. Open the Settings app on the iPad Home Page.
  2. Select Wi-Fi.
  3. Press the ℹ︎ icon on the right of the selected Wi-Fi network.
  4. Scroll down and confirm that the following has been set.
    • Configure IP: Manual
    • IP Address: 192.168.0.26 (or .21 in the T2)
    • Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
    • Private Wi-Fi: OFF
    • Limit IP Tracking: OFF
  5. Update settings if iPad is displaying different information.
  6. Once settings are updated and saved, perform a full system reboot.
