    Note: If neither of the controllers are connected you will need to use the headsets gaze controls to navigate the menus. Look at the button and aim with the small green circle. Press the side button highlighted below to confirm selection. 


    Important: Avoid holding menu & trigger at the same time - this is what causes controllers to unpair. 

    If one or more controllers are unpaired - a UI popup will appear prompting the user to re-pair controllers:

    If the user looks at the Re-Pair Controller button, it will take them to the Controller settings. 

    1. Navigate to Controller.
    2. Open Controller configuration.
    3. Select Unbind.
    4. Confirm that you want to Unbind the controllers.
    5. Select Add Controller.
    6. The headset will now show that it is searching for Controllers to connect with. On each Controller hold down the 'Menu' and 'Trigger buttons' for 4 seconds to turn on Pairing Mode.
    7. Both the Controllers should now be connected to the headset. They will be displayed in the menu.
    8. Press home on either controller to return to FLAIM software.
