    Note: A quiz must have a status of “Published” to be visible on the Course Contents Page and available to be added to a course.  When a quiz is first created its status is automatically assigned as “Draft” (i.e., to enable you to work on the quiz without it being visible to others or included in a course whilst being created). 

    To make the quiz available for courses you need to change its status from “Draft” to “Published”.

    1. Login to the FLAIM Capture site.
    2. Click Online Courses on the menu located on the left of the page.
    3. Click Course Contents within the "Online Courses" sub-menu.
    4. You can use the search filters to modify the display to only show course content that matches the filter criteria you set. When you have identified the quiz that you wish to publish, click on the > symbol at the end of the quiz details row. The Questions for that quiz will now be displayed.
    5. Click Settings, a drop-down menu will be displayed, click Edit.
    6. Click on the Status field.
    7. A drop down menu will appear. Select Published.
    8. Click the Save button. A confirmation message will be briefly displayed confirming that the Quiz has been updated and published.
