    Note: A quiz must have a status of “Published” to be visible on the Course Contents Page and available to be added to a course.  When a quiz is first created its status is automatically assigned as “Draft” (i.e., to enable you to work on the quiz without it being visible to others or included in a course whilst being created). 

    To make the quiz available for courses you need to change its status from “Draft” to “Published”.

    1. Click Courses in the left menu panel.
    2. Select Course Contents from the drop-down menu. This opens the 'Content Management' page.
    3. You can use the search filters to modify the display to only show course content that matches the filter criteria you set. 
    4. Click on the > symbol at the end of the quiz details row. The Questions for that quiz will  be displayed.
    5. Click Settings, a drop-down menu will be displayed, click Edit.
    6. Click on the Status field and select Published from the drop-down menu.


    7. Click the Save button. The quiz will now be available to add to a course.
