    • Add a Quiz Question

    1. Login to the FLAIM Capture site.
    2. Click Online Courses from the menu located on the left of the page.
    3. Click Course Contents within the "Online Courses" sub-menu.
    4. The Content Management page will now be displayed. Note that only Presentation (i.e. Learning modules) and Quizzes will be displayed on this page. Immersive learning scenarios are not displayed on this page.
    5. You can use the search filters to modify the display to only show course content that matches the filter criteria you set.
    6. When you have identified the quiz that you wish to add questions to, click on the > icon at the end of the quiz detail row. The Edit Quiz Questions page for that quiz will now be displayed.
    7. To add a question, click the Add Question button at the top right of the page.
    8. Type the question into the question field. You can use a variety of format options and tools to assist you in configuring how the question will look.  You can include images, tables, and various formatting options to modify the style and appearance of the question.
    9. You can determine how many attempts that learners will get to answer the question correctly. If you leave this field blank, learners will have an unlimited number of attempts to answer the question correctly.
    10. Click on Add an option button to create an answer option that will be displayed to learners.
    11. When you click the Add an option button an edit box will open to write the option that will be displayed for the quiz question. 
      1. For each answer option you must indicate if it is correct or incorrect. 
      2. At least one answer option must be marked as correct. If all options are marked as incorrect an error message will be displayed when you attempt to save the quiz question. 
      3. Any number of answer options can be marked as correct.
      4. You must include at least two answer options for each quiz question. If you only enter one answer option an error message will be displayed when you attempt to save the quiz question.
    13. When you have finished recording the answer options, click the Save button at the bottom of the page. A green confirmation question will be displayed to confirm that the question has been recorded.
    14. The quiz questions page will now include the new question.
