Archive a Student Record

Archiving a Student Record makes that account inactive.  When a Student Record is archived the account can no longer be used, and it will not be possible for the user to sign on.

Archived Student Records are not automatically displayed on the All Students page.  To display archived Student Records the filter labelled “Show Archived” must be set to “Yes”.

1. Login to the FLAIM Capture site.
2. Click Students option the left menu panel.
3. The All Students page will now be displayed. Click on the vertical ellipsis icon on the right side of the record to access more options. A drop-down menu will then be displayed.
4. Select Archive Student.
5. The Student Record will now be archived, and its status will be displayed as “Inactive”.
6. It is also possible to archive a Student Record when a Students Details Page is displayed. To display the Students Details Page, click on the > icon on the far right of the Student Record.
7. The Student Dashboard page will now be displayed. To display the Students Details page, click the Details tab.
8. The Student Details page will now be displayed. To archive the Student Record, click the Archive Student button at the bottom of the page.
9. The Student Record will now be archived, and its status will be displayed as “Inactive”.
