    • Create by CSV Upload

    1. Login to the FLAIM Capture site.
    2. Click on the Create Student button at the top right of the page. 
    3. Select Import Records from the drop-down list.
    4. The Import Students page will now be displayed. If you have not yet downloaded the CSV template click on the Download link to download the template CSV. This will need to be completed to enable you to import the file with the student details required to create records.
    5. When you have recorded the required student details in the CSV template, click the Choose File button and select the CSV file you wish to import.
    6. The filename of the file you selected will now be displayed beside the "Choose File" link. Click on Import button to import the selected file.
    7. The student records will be created, and a confirmation message will be displayed.
    8. An SMS will be sent to the telephone number recorded and an email will be sent to the email address recorded to introduce the student to their account and FLAIM Training Key.
