Remove Admin User Access
- Login to the FLAIM Capture site.
- Click on Settings on the left of the menu panel, and then select Users.
- The All Users page will now be displayed. Find the Organisational Admin User account that you need to modify. You can use the Search Filters to modify the displayed records shown to assist you in locating the user account you need to change.
- To revoke Organisational Admin User privileges from a user, click on the vertical ellipsis on the far right of the user row. A drop-down menu will show.
- Within the drop-down menu select Revoke Org Admin Privilege.
- An alert message will display asking you to confirm that you wish to proceed.
- To proceed click on OK. To cancel, click Cancel.
- If you proceed by clicking OK a confirmation message will be displayed.
- The User’s account will now have been demoted to a Student User account and its Organisational Admin User privileges have been removed.
